Comfort Club Questions

What does a tune-up actually include?

A full multi-point inspection: we check the refrigerant charge, test the capacitor and electrical connections, clear the condensate drain, check airflow and the blower, calibrate the thermostat, clean the condenser coils, and replace a standard filter.

Is there a contract?

Yes — membership is a 12-month commitment, billed annually or spread across 12 monthly payments. It renews each year unless you cancel, and you get a copy of the simple agreement at signup.

What if I live just outside the service area?

Give us a call. We take members outside the listed ZIPs on a case-by-case basis depending on distance and scheduling.

Does the plan cover repairs and parts?

The membership covers scheduled maintenance. Repairs and parts aren't included, but Premium members get 15% off any repairs and skip after-hours and overtime trip fees.

I have more than one AC system — can you cover both?

Yes. Each plan covers one system; additional systems at the same address are just $99/year each.
